Nickelodeon è una rete televisiva italiana tematica prodotta da MTV Italia per il 51 % di proprietà di Telecom Italia Media e per il restante 49 % di proprietà di MTV Networks Europe (gruppo Viacom).Nickelodeon trasmette una programmazione dedicata ai bambini costituita da cartoni animati. Storia Nickelodeon è stato lanciato nel Regno Unito, da "Nickelodeon UK" una joint venture tra Viacom e BSkyB, il 1 settembre del 1993, trasmetteva dalle 6 di mattina alle 7 di sera, Nickelodeon trasmette cartoni e serie live action per bambini.Il canale all'inizio aveva un logo diverso che carattrerizzò il canale per molti anni: al centro una pallina del pinball e poi la scritta in grassetto Nickelodeon.In Italia arriva con molto ritardo poiché, data la grandissima quantità di canali dedicati ai bambini e la pochissima quantità di ascoltatori a quei tempi, erano già presenti canali molto simili.Dal 1997 Rai Sat 2 comincia a trasmettere per 3 ore al giorno le produzioni di Nickelodeon.Ma
