Escape the Fate è una band Post-hardcore di Las Vegas (Nevada). La band è composta da Ronnie Radke , Brian Money , Max Green e Robert Ortiz. Il primo EP, There's no sympathy for the dead, è stato pubblicato da Epitaph nel 2006. Solamente un anno dopo, la stessa etichetta discografica pubblica Dying is your latest fashion il loro primo studio album, che oltre alle tracce riproposte dall'EP contiene 7 brani inediti.Nei periodi di Maggio gli Escape The Fate dovevano fare un tour insieme a Bullet For My Valentine, ma il gruppo non ha partecipato a quest'ultimo dato che il cantante Ronnie Radke ha avuto dei problemi seri, i quali non stati spiegati ma girano molte voci su presunte assunzioni di droghe e quindi di una probabile disintossicazione in quel periodo. Da poco è uscito anche il video di Situations, il terzo dopo There's no sympathy for the dead e Not good enough for truth in cliche, inoltre la band ha in previsione per il 1 settembre sino al 15 ottobre un tour con i Bless The F
