Sir Cliff Richard nato Harry Rodger Webb, (Lucknow, India, 14 ottobre 1940) è un famosissimo cantante pop indiano-britannico.La sua carriera ha inizio nel 1958 e i suoi primi successi furono: Move It (1958), Livin Doll (1959) , Travellin Light (1959), Please Don't Tease (1960), The Young ones (1962), We say Yeah (1962), Summer Holiday (1963)...Nel 1968 si classifica secondo all'Eurofestival con "Congratulations" mentre nel 1973 è terzo con "Power To All Our Friends"Continuano i suoi successi con Devil Woman (1976), We don't Talk Anymore (1979), Dreamin' (1980) , Carrie (1980) , Wired for Sound (1981), The Only Way Out (1982), Two Hearts, Stronger, The Best of Me, Mistletoe and Wine (1988), Saviour's Day (1990), The Millenium Prayer (1999).Il suo successo in patria è paragonabile a quello che ha Johnny Hallyday in Francia o Adriano Celentano in Italia.
