Chaosphere è il terzo album del gruppo industrial metal svedese Meshuggah. Venne pubblicato nel 1998.Chaosphere' è la chiara evoluzione del disco precedente (Destroy, Erase, Improve), con una componente tecnica ancora maggiore, e una dose di sperimentazione ulteriormente aumentata. La seconda canzone, New Millennium Cyanide Christ, è una delle canzoni più famose del gruppo. È da molti considerato lo zenit creativo degli svedesi insieme con Destroy, Erase, Improve.
