Carl Lee Perkins (Tiptonville, Tennessee, USA, 9 aprile 1932 - Jackson,Tennessee, 19 gennaio 1998) è stato un cantante, compositore e chitarrista statunitense, pionere del genere rockabilly e rock'n'roll.Con Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash e Jerry Lee Lewis ha fatto parte del Million Dollar Quartet.
